Have you recently opened a letter like this?
Here’s what I first want to say:
I know you are certainly a family
member or loved one. I want to extend to
you my deepest condolences. I hope to be able
to communicate to you how I really do want to
help relieve some of your stress and help you
move through the probate process smooth
and easy.
Here is an example of the type of a letter that
we send to some of the Probate Filings every
few weeks…
This is a straightforward, straight – up offer to help you with your probate and take some of the load off. We send letters like this one frequently to those who are listed as the Personal Representative on new probate filings in the area.
Dear Personal Representative and loved one,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Even though we have never met, I sincerely believe we are all here on earth as one and I am truly saddened when I think of the sorrow that family and friends feel at times like this. I am truly sorry.
I am contacting you because I understand that you’ve been appointed as the Personal Representative for the estate of Name of the the Estate. If the Estate has property that needs to be sold, I would like to offer my/our services for your consideration. I’ve made it a specific focus of my business to work with families in these tough situations. I know from my own experience the challenges you are dealing with. I work with a team of local professionals who also specialize in helping families and loved ones to settle Estates quickly, smoothly and easily.
Below are some of the ways my Probate Specialization Team and I can help:
5.We can also arrange for almost everything or anything else that might be required: This might include specialized cleaning services, landscaping, specific system inspections, services and deferred maintenance, or setting up an auction for the property and/or the contents. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, , treating you and everyone involved with respect, doing what we say we’ll do and then sending you (and any other heirs you designate) a minimum of WEEKLY STATUS REPORTS, by email and phone, on all aspects of the process. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible for all concerned.
And I hope you understand, Personal Representative, that you do not have to wait until probate closes to sell the property. And you don’t have to do it all yourself. We really can help with the entire process and we really are the local experts in Probate Real Estate, Probate Personal Property Sales, and many other services you might need during the process.
