Just like other counties in the greater Sacramento area, short sales in El Dorado County; including El Dorado Hills short sales, Cameron Park short sales and Placerville short sales, are becoming more likely to go pending and be short sale approved.
Short sale approvals in El Dorado County have more than doubled in the last three months, and have increased 192% year over year. Next month we should see an enormous jump in sold short sales as the number of short sales to be approved and go into pending status have increased dramatically yet sold short sales have been relatively flat in comparison.
