Sacramento County Foreclosure activity for the month of January has increased year over year. There are currently 14791 Foreclosures in California right now, counting all stages of the processs. The number of homes taken back by banks has increased over 12% from January 2009. And homes autioned off at Sacramento Trustee Sales in January that were sold to Third Parties increased by more than 200%.
