The numbers I find in my research for Short Sales in Folsom for March: 49 new active short sale listings, 66 went contingent, (received an offer that was accepted by the Folsom Short Sale Seller and was submitted to the bank or banks),  15 went pending and only 23 closed escrow.

These numbers are form my own MLS research, We will see in just a few days how they compare to the numbers released through the MLS system TrendVision.
